De las mejores maneras para ir de Madrid a Gredos. Se puede seguir hacia el suroeste y luego dar la vuelta a Gredos y volver por el Norte.

Ruta para hacer preferiblemente en moto trail. Discurre por bonitos parajes de la dehesa de Extremadura y por parte del Parque Natural do Tejo Internacional en Portugal. La mejor época es cuando el campo esté verde, a partir de marzo y hasta octubre. Llegando a Monsanto, hay vistas espectaculares de sierra.

Wide fast sweeping bends on a perfectly surfaced road. Nice views too if you can glance at them before the next curve is on you!

The road initially out of Salamanca is pretty ordinary but as you get toward La Alberca you climb into the mountains, then just south of La Alberca there is a quick decent with lots of bends, lots of zig zags down, with great view from the top onto the road below (nice photo).

If you are heading south from Salamanca id recommend this as a diversion.

Aracena - Huelva Secion:
Across the pleasant Sierra de Aracena, this road has good quality tarmac. Loads of fast sweeping bends will have you smiling in your helmet, thinking you're Joey Dunlop on the mountain section of the IOM TT. Big fun with very little traffic. Nobody goes to Huelva.
