Not sure why this route is rated 5.0 for curves, there arent that many and most are sweepers, with only a couple significant turns. More than average for the DFW area, but nothing too difficult. You would have to be hitting roughly 1.5x the speed limit in order to even need to slow down for most curves...
Great for beginners to learn and for experts to burn!
