Rode this last summer . The south end is excellent with its evelvation changes and twities and the north end was a bit nerve wracking with people, slow people,and driveways. Still a great ride thou, so much so I rode it both ways!

Lightly used Okanagan lakeside road giving a rural and interesting alternate to the busy 97 from Kelowna to Vernon. South end traverses the steep drop from the higher hills down to the lake, is pretty up and down with twisties but watch out for the many blind access roads to fancy hillside homes! As you get about 1/2 way up, the road flattens & straightens out with small farms, orchards and junky yards replacing the hillside villas on the south end. Occasional dirty sections but generally good pavement with few potholes as of 2012. Not usually travelled by cops but you never know - it is BC! Speeders may be cell-phoned in by civilians so be careful.
